view of Sleeping Bear Dunes. We are situated between the towns of Empire
(4.5 miles) and Glen Arbor (3 miles) where you will find groceries, shopping
and good restaurants. We are minutes from Sleeping Bear National Park and
Sand Dunes.

Point Betsie Lighthouse, Lake Michigan Beaches, Traverse City, Petosky

- Rents by the week, Saturday to Saturday, Check-in 3:00 PM, Check-out
10:00 AM
- 50% deposit required within 7 days of reservation (or reservation is
released)
- Balance due 14 days prior to arrival. No refunds unless house is re-rented.
- Security deposit required
- No smoking in the house
- No pets
